No referral is required to begin physical therapy in Florida—thanks to "direct access." We can treat you for up to 30 days without a physician’s sign-off. If care is needed beyond that, we may need a provider (like your doctor or nurse practitioner) to review and sign your plan of care. This allows you to start your healing journey right away—no delays, no extra steps.
Yes! We gladly accept HSA (Health Savings Account), FSA (Flexible Spending Account), and CareCredit Rewards Mastercard for payment. Pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy services are considered eligible medical expenses giving you the flexibility to use your healthcare funds or CareCredit’s financing options for your care.

You'll receive the full attention of a licensed specialist, with care tailored to your goals and needs. We don’t use aides or double-book appointments, so you can feel confident you're getting focused, expert support every time.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. If your session includes exercise or gym work, sneakers are a good idea — even for pelvic floor visits. For pelvic care, clothing that’s easy to adjust is helpful. Most of all, wear what makes you feel at ease.
We specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy for both women and men, as well as orthopedic physical therapy for issues like post-surgical recovery, joint pain, and movement dysfunction. We commonly support people navigating:
